Michael Wojcik
President
Michael Wojcik has a 30+ year track record driving innovation, technology strategy, and solution development for leading organizations. He is founder and President of Bobcat Cyber, LLC, which provides services that allow customers to gain an understanding of their true ability of their information security tools to detect and block real-world threats.
Prior to starting Bobcat Cyber, Mr. Wojcik was an executive in Ernst & Young’s cybersecurity practice. He worked with business and technology leaders to produce cybersecurity assessments, architectures, and roadmaps. He has also served in roles as the Deputy Director for Information Assurance for the DoD Clinical Information Technology Program Office and was part of the FBI’s Sentinel program office.
Mr. Wojcik holds MBA and MS in Systems Engineering degrees from George Mason University, a BS in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University, and a Certificate in International Political Economy, Technology, and Industry from Oxford University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Major General Craig La Fave, USAF (ret)
Advisor
Major General Craig La Fave, USAF (ret), served over 34 years in the U.S. Air Force and commanded at the squadron, wing and numbered air force levels. He has also served in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and completed combat deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Throughout his flying career, Mr. La Fave has logged more than 15,000 flying hours, including more than 5,000 military flying hours and 320 combat flying hours in numerous overseas contingency operations.
Most recently, he commanded 22nd Air Force at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia and served as Assistant to the Commander of Air Mobility Command, Scott AFB, Illinois. Mr. La Fave served for three years at U.S. Air Force Headquarters at the Pentagon, supporting operational requirements and strategic planning of key weapons programs such as the KC-46, C-17, F-35, and unmanned aerial vehicles.
Mr. La Fave has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
David Eilken
Advisor
Mr. Eilken is a pioneer in the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) space. He led a financial industry consortium at the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), which placed him at the forefront of the cyber standards automation revolution. This work set the stage for most of the threat intelligence platforms used today.
In 2014, he co-founded Soltra Solutions as a sister company to the FS-ISAC. and in 2016, he co-founded Perch Security, which is a leading community defense platform for many organizations. Perch was acquired by ConnectWise in November 2020.
He currently consults with businesses to improve their security posture and advises cybersecurity start-ups.
Mr. Eilken has a professional architecture degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago with concentrations in Economics, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, and International Business.
Adam Lange
Advisor
Adam Lange is a senior cybersecurity executive with executive experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence and cybersecurity audits and assessments. He is the founder of Blackgate Cyber LLC, which focuses on reducing business risk by making sense of external threats and exposures. He has performed multiple CMMC security assessments and has developed a proprietary methodology for doing these assessments cost effectively.
Prior to starting Blackgate, Mr. Lange was a Senior Manager at EY, where he designed, built, and operated the firm’s first Cyber Threat Intelligence capability. In that role he delivered industry-first comprehensive reports on the Wannacry and NotPetya to EY clients across all industries and geographies. He was previously an officer in the US Air Force where he was part of the Air Force Computer Emergency Response Team and led large teams that collaborated with intel community, law enforcement/counter intel agencies and the private sector to investigate and prevent network attacks.
Mr. Lange holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University, an MBA from American Military University, and an MS in Information Assurance from Capella University.
